**DR SELF TAPE – TERMS OF USE**

Welcome to Dr Self Tape. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and The SELF TAPE LLC, including its affiliates (“Dr Self Tape,” “DST,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and apply to your use of all websites, mobile applications, platforms, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by DST.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

I. ABOUT DR SELF TAPE
Dr Self Tape offers professional self-taping services, studio rentals, memberships, photography, video editing, and career development tools to entertainment professionals. Dr Self Tape is not a talent agency and does not procure employment or engagements for users. We provide tools and listing information to assist in content creation and development.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, registering, viewing, booking, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services confirms your acceptance of any changes.

III. ELIGIBILITY
The Services are available to entertainment industry professionals including actors, filmmakers, producers, photographers, and other creatives. You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you are under 18, use must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

IV. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You are required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information you provide must be accurate and up to date. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.

V. USER CONTENT & LICENSE RIGHTS
Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to our platform. By submitting content (e.g., videos, headshots, resumes, etc.), you grant Dr Self Tape a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, store, reproduce, and share such content for service-related operations, internal analytics, and promotional purposes, subject to privacy settings and consent.

We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties for profit without your permission. See our Data Usage Policy for full details.

VI. PAYMENTS & BILLING
All services must be paid via accepted payment methods. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled by the user. Refunds are at the discretion of DST. Promotional codes are subject to additional terms.

VII. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Studio bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Memberships can be cancelled any time via your account settings. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.

VIII. CODE OF CONDUCT
Users agree to:
- Use the Services professionally and lawfully
- Not misuse, hack, or interfere with our platform or other users
- Not upload harmful, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Not impersonate or misrepresent affiliations

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Dr Self Tape branding, graphics, software, and original content are the exclusive property of DST. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. User-generated content remains the property of the user, with granted licenses as specified.

X. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
DST may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Users may also cancel their accounts voluntarily at any time.

XI. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. DST is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you within the past 30 days.

XII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action waivers apply. Either party may initiate arbitration by providing written notice. Each party bears its own costs unless determined otherwise by law.
