Creators have the option to grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to Dr. Self Tapes for the use of their footage, subject to the conditions specified in this policy. b. This license allows Dr. Self Tapes to use the footage for internal purposes, including but not limited to promotion, archiving, research, educational activities, and non-commercial distribution, without further compensation to the creators. c. Dr. Self Tapes may not transfer or sublicense the footage to any third party without the explicit consent of the creators.

  4. Retention of Moral Rights: a. Creators retain their moral rights to the footage they create, including the right to be identified as the author/creator of the work. b.Dr. Self Tapes shall credit the creators whenever the footage is used or displayed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
